I used to walk the doggies down to the Plaza a few times a day and when the pandemic happened it was surreal to see the place empty in the middle of the day. I would often climb the steps to the parking garages and take reference photos. It is oil on 24x30 panel and is sold with the inexpensive frame so that it can be hung until a more suitable frame is purchased.
